What shipping methods do you use?
We utilize several different shipping options offered by UPS or Federal Express. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your order will usually arrive between 3 and 5 business days once the product leaves the warehouse.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Most items ship within 2 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Shipping charges are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping choices and their prices.
What are my shipping options?
We offer 3 levels of delivery service to most destinations.

How are my shipping charges calculated?
All shipping methods including Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day are calculated based on weight, box dimensions and destination. See the chart below for approximate base level shipping costs. Actual shipping costs can be viewed in your cart during checkout.

2. 2nd Day Approximately $14.00/first pound + $1.50/each additional pound

Do you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO Address?
At this time we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. UPS and FedEx require a physical street address to deliver your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation once my order has been submitted?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail from MyDiscountKitchen.com within 24 hours of placing your order during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm Arizona time zone).
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail complete with a link to check the status and track your order once it has been shipped.
Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
We do not offer this service at this time. Please place separate orders when shipping items to multiple addresses.
Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
We do not offer this service at this time.
Do you ship to international destinations?
At this time we only ship to addresses inside the 48 contiguous states (this excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?
No, we will select the best carrier to keep the shipping charges low.
Why do I have multiple shipping charges shown in my shopping cart?
We offer a wide variety of products that ship directly from our distribution centers. As a result, there may be more than one shipping charge applied to your order.
